Heaven in dessert form right here! Try these and you’ll understand why I’m completely in love with cheesecake. Ingredients 6 ounces white chocolate 1 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, divided 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 packages (16 ounces) cream cheese. You get this lightly crisp and crunchy graham cracker base topped with a silky smooth and deliciously creamy cheesecake filling which is then swirled with a fresh raspberry sauce. Bake at 180C/350F for 10 minutes, or until golden. Press the base down with the back of a spoon or using parchment paper, press down gently. Place the cheesecake base into a lined pie dish. This is a cheesecake combo you have to try! Raspberries and cheesecake were just meant to be together. Place all the ingredients for the cheesecake base in a mixing bowl and mix well. They are in individual servings, they’re easier to serve and clean up, and they make for better portion control (maybe, you might just find yourself eating a few :). One of my favorite ways to make cheesecake (ever since I made these Cheesecake Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Sauce or Strawberry Sauce) is in cupcake form. You can never have too many cheesecake recipes and the options are seemingly endless (like when you walk into The Cheesecake Factory and take 10 minutes to choose because there are just so many options). 250g fresh or frozen raspberries lemon, juiced 175g caster sugar, plus 2 tsp 600g full-fat soft cheese 3 large eggs, plus 2 egg yolks 175g double cream. 1-1/2 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs 2 Tbsp of Sugar 6 Tbsp of Melted Butter 4 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese 1 cup of Granulated Sugar 1 tsp of Vanilla Paste. The cheesecake pan is covered in foil and then the cheesecake is baked in a water bath, much like a custard. Count on 1 egg per 8 ounces of cream cheese. Cheesecake has got to be on my list of top 3 favorite desserts, which is why you see it on here quite a bit. Place the cream cheese, cream and remaining sugar in a clean food processor. Leftover cake or cake crumbs can also be used, and if moist, no butter is needed.
